Travel Incentive Awards

Do you offer travel awards to reward outstanding performance?  The purpose of incentives awards is to motivate customers and dealers to buy, salespeople to sell, and other employees to work more productively.

In times of recession, higher turnover, cutbacks and increased competition, more than ever people want and need to be told what is expected of them, how they can meet these expectations, and what rewards will be earned for a job well done.

Incentive programs foster a sense of enthusiasm and teamwork for all involved. A properly constructed motivation program rewards incremental performance by making a commitment to allocate a small percentage of the anticipated gain to the reward if results are achieved.  In effect the program is funded, but more accurately is justified by the results generated for the company.

Incentive awards are usually in the form of cash, merchandise, recognition items, or travel. Travel, however, has proven to be the most effective motivator. More so than cash, which is the least effective, travel serves as the best inspiration for continued top performance. A number of corporate clients use our gift certificates as a way to provide travel incentive awards to their key performers.

Group travel, where corporate executives and management attend as hosts, provides an excellent opportunity to build on relationships with employees or cusdtomers through shared advetnures and experiences.

Almost every organization can benefit from motivational programs -- whether rewarding one employee or chartering a cruise ship for a group of 2,000. If you are interested in providing individual or group incentive awards for your associates, contact us
