My Trips – My Trips functionality allows travelers to ‘bookmark’ current and future trips for continual reference. With My Trips, travelers are able to access their personalized itinerary and travel information by logging in via the Virtually There home page. As a result of this service, travelers will no longer have to remember their record locator for access to their itinerary, whether via a PC or mobile device.

My Profile – Travelers will be able to choose their language preference, flight notification and interests to drive further convenience and enhanced trip experience.

‘One-click’ Flight Notification – Travelers can register for flight notifications with a simple ‘one-click’ from either the Virtually There web or mobile itinerary page. With ‘one-click’, traveler preferences for flight notifications are retrieved from their established profile for ease-of-use to ensure that travelers are provided real-time alerts, especially on the day of travel.

Enhanced Mobile Experience – The Virtually There mobile platform will provide access and use of the new functionality and services described above in addition to travelers being able to sign-up for flight notifications directly from the mobile site. Access to the mobile site is easy and convenient for travelers as they use the same URL as they would on their PC browser. In addition to the new services and functionality, Virtually There mobile provides real-time, relevant information such as flight schedules, flight times, gates and the ability to email itineraries to business colleagues, family and friends.

City Guides – With this new redesigned page, travelers will find comprehensive destination information, current and forecasted weather and the latest map content on both the web and mobile platforms.

Maps and Driving Directions – Virtually There, in partnership with Mapquest®, will provide travelers with the newest mapping functionality for easy access to worldwide maps and driving directions. Enhanced traveler experience will be realized as maps will proactively default to the traveler’s destination within the Virtually There itinerary driving further convenience.
