I wanted to take a moment and share with you my very successful experience with Jennifer and Travel Store. For the second year, Jennifer assisted me with travel plans for a National Training Program (16 flights) that I present. This trip includes Air, Hotel, Car, etc. along with tight time-tables and razor sharp schedules. If my itinerary was not successfully executed - all those flying in to see me at the 7 locations would have been greatly inconvenienced and many additional dollars would have been spent. Jennifer, for the second year, successfully managed my 6 week travel schedule with perfection. Her planning was poetry.

I'm writing because I just wanted to express our gratitude toward one of your employees who recently went "over and above" his responsibilities for us!

My boss had an emergency last week and needed to fly out of the country immediately. Booking a flight during the holidays, and to Nigeria, was no easy task, but M.A. was gracious enough to help with all he could. He's not even listed as part of our Corporate Service Team, and yet he made sure my boss got his tickets over the weekend (because he needed paper tix), and made his flights. That's real service!! I want to let you know how much I appreciate all the fantastic help provided me during some very stressful times making and changing my travel arrangements. Rob has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I speak to him on an almost daily basis working on travel itineraries for a very "difficult" traveler. Rob consistently provides me with the information I need (his job I know), but the amount of changes and back and forth with options that I send his way is mind blowing - he is always cheerful and accommodating - everything that I need in order to not get frazzled on my end to my traveler. I appreciate his thoroughness and I would be lost without him. So as much as I profusely thank him - I also wanted you to know this as well.

I wanted you to know you have a very exceptional employee in Mr. Ali. I have been working with Mr. Ali for a while now and he has always been very accommodating considering all the changes that normally occur with my itineraries. However, this week he really “went that extra mile for me.” We have been working together on an extended itinerary which changed so many times I was getting very frustrated. Mr. Ali, on the other hand, was very professional, calm, reassuring, and most of all patient with all the changes. I just wanted to compliment David. He is always so helpful and follows up on things. He is willing to step into most situations and help out. I know a lot of people that use the old “its not my job” line. David really makes an effort to help, knowing its not his job. That’s very commendable.

Allan is an invaluable employee. I discovered it last week when booking our CEO & COO for a week long, multi-city itinerary. Allan calmly, patiently and efficiently provided flight, fare, availability, seating information and had everything confirmed effortlessly.
